The CereVu Medical System consists of a small, wearable, single-use patch that adheres to a patient’s forehead and communicates with a reusable monitoring console.
In addition to pain, the device will have the capability to measure:
- Body temperature
- Blood oxygenation
- Deoxygenated hemoglobin
- Hemodynamic response
- Heart rate
- Respiration rate
The uniqueness of the technology is the proprietary signal processing and algorithms that utilize personalized cerebral hemodynamic information and determines a continuous pain score.
